On Tuesdays throughout the exhibit run of Place Settings, volunteers from the Culinary Historians of Canada will be demonstrating historic recipes over the kitchen hearth. Visitors are welcome to drop-in anytime between 10:30 am – 4:00 pm to see what they have decided to cook today!
Past recipes have included: pink pancakes, salmon packets, broccoli salad, and whole roast chicken or fish.
