Accessibility

Campbell House Museum is committed to excellence in serving all visitors, including people with disabilities.

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public. Support persons for people with disabilities are always provided free admission.

Due to the historic nature of the building, there is limited physical accessibility. A ramp leading to the backdoor provides access to the main floor, however there is no elevator or ramp to the upper or lower levels. Washrooms are located on the lower level and are not wheelchair accessible.

All programs and tours are offered in a variety of formats on request. Please contact the museum if you have a specific inquiry.

For more information or to provide feedback about the museum’s provision of goods and services, please email the Director/Curator or call the museum at (416) 597-0227.
